ART. 01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the HOLOPICKWISE platform at holopickwise.online, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

ART. 02Description of Service
HOLOPICKWISE provides a client-side background removal and alpha channel extraction engine. The platform executes all image segmentation, foreground isolation, and alpha blending computations entirely within the user's local browser environment using HTML5 Canvas APIs and client-side JavaScript processing pipelines. No image data, pixel matrices, or file metadata are transmitted to any external network endpoint.
- All image transformations occur exclusively in local browser memory allocation layers.
- Processed output files are generated entirely within the local application thread.
- Downloaded output assets (PNG-32 format) are created and stored locally on the user's device.
- No account registration, login credentials, or persistent user profiles are created or maintained.
- The platform operates without cloud computing dependencies or remote inference engines.
ART. 03User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
Users of the HOLOPICKWISE platform agree to adhere to the following acceptable use parameters:
- You must only upload and process image assets for which you hold full copyright ownership or have obtained explicit written permission from the rights holder.
- You may not use the platform to process images depicting unlawful, defamatory, or obscene content.
- You are solely responsible for verifying that your use of processed images complies with all applicable copyright, intellectual property, and privacy laws.
- You may not use the platform's output for purposes that violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- HOLOPICKWISE reserves the right to update these terms without advance notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
ART. 04Prohibited Automated Harvesting & Scraping
// PROHIBITED VECTORS: Automated web crawlers, scraping pipelines, mirror duplication frameworks, bot-driven data harvesting loops, computational framing tactics, source code extraction utilities, and any non-human automated access mechanism are strictly forbidden.
- Automated harvesting bots targeting platform assets or source code are prohibited.
- Mirror scraping pipelines designed to replicate platform functionality are prohibited.
- Systematic, automated, or programmatic access to platform APIs or canvas outputs is prohibited.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of the platform source architecture is prohibited.
- Deployment of headless browsers, Selenium frameworks, or equivalent automated environments is prohibited.
ART. 05Intellectual Property Rights
The HOLOPICKWISE platform architecture, visual design systems, brand identifiers, processing algorithms, and all associated documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of HOLOPICKWISE.
Users retain full ownership of all original images they upload for processing. The act of processing images through HOLOPICKWISE does not transfer, license, or assign any intellectual property rights to HOLOPICKWISE. Since no image data is transmitted to HOLOPICKWISE systems, no data custody relationship is established.
ART. 06Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE HOLOPICKWISE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HOLOPICKWISE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
The background removal algorithm deployed within this platform is a client-side heuristic tool and does not guarantee perfect background removal accuracy across all image types. Results may vary depending on source image complexity, color composition, and lighting conditions.
ART. 07Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

ART. 08Modifications to Terms
HOLOPICKWISE reserves the right to modify, revise, or replace any portion of these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms.
