ART. 01The Zero-Transmission Guarantee

// FORMAL GUARANTEE: HOLOPICKWISE formally and unconditionally guarantees that no visual files, image data, pixel matrices, biometric records, facial geometry data, or any derivative thereof are ever transferred, transmitted, uploaded, or exposed to any external data endpoint, cloud server, third-party processor, analytics platform, or network infrastructure. All image transformations execute exclusively in client-side memory sandboxes within your local browser environment.

This Privacy and Zero-Transmission Isolation Policy details the comprehensive framework under which HOLOPICKWISE operates to protect user data sovereignty. The architecture of this platform was deliberately engineered from the ground up to eliminate all server-side data exposure vectors.

Images are loaded directly into local browser memory via FileReader API. No HTTP POST or multipart upload to any server is initiated at any point.

ART. 03Information We Do Not Collect

In the interest of complete transparency, HOLOPICKWISE explicitly documents the categories of data that are not collected, stored, processed, or transmitted under any circumstances:

Image files, pixel data, or visual content of any kind uploaded to the processing engine.
Biometric identifiers, facial geometry records, or body measurements derivable from uploaded images.
Personally identifiable information (PII) including names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses.
Device fingerprint data, hardware identifiers, or unique browser configuration signatures.
Behavioral tracking data, mouse movement heatmaps, or session replay recordings.
Cross-site tracking identifiers, persistent advertising profiles, or retargeting data segments.
Financial information, payment card data, or banking credentials of any type.
Health information, medical records, or sensitive personal category data under GDPR Article 9.

ART. 04Minimal Interface Session Data

The only data stored by HOLOPICKWISE relates exclusively to preserving your interface preferences during an active session. This data exists solely within your local browser environment and is never transmitted to HOLOPICKWISE or any third party.

A single localStorage key (hpw_cookie_ack) records whether you have acknowledged the cookie consent notice, preventing repetitive display of the consent banner.
No session tokens, authentication credentials, or user identifiers are generated or stored.
No cross-session tracking identifiers persist beyond the user's own browser environment.
All localStorage data can be cleared at any time through your browser's native storage management tools.

ART. 05Third-Party Services & External Resources

HOLOPICKWISE loads typography resources from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) to deliver the platform's typeface rendering. This connection may involve standard HTTP request metadata (IP address, browser user-agent) being transmitted to Google's infrastructure under their own privacy policy terms.

Beyond the Google Fonts CDN resource, HOLOPICKWISE does not integrate any analytics platforms, advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, customer data platforms, A/B testing services, error monitoring services, or any third-party JavaScript execution environments.

ART. 06Your Data Rights

Given that HOLOPICKWISE does not collect, store, or process personal data beyond the session interface preference described in Article 04, the practical exercise of data subject rights is inherently satisfied by the platform's zero-collection architecture.

Right to Access: No personal data is held by HOLOPICKWISE to access.
Right to Erasure: No personal data exists on HOLOPICKWISE systems to erase. Local browser data can be cleared via browser settings.
Right to Data Portability: Not applicable given the zero-collection model.
Right to Rectification: Not applicable given the zero-collection model.
Right to Object: Users may cease use of the platform at any time without consequence.

ART. 07Security Architecture

The security model of HOLOPICKWISE is built upon the principle that data which is never transmitted cannot be intercepted, breached, or exposed.

All image processing occurs within the browser's sandboxed JavaScript execution environment.
Canvas API operations are confined to the local rendering context without network output.
Object URL lifecycles are managed with immediate revocation upon session clear events.
No authentication tokens, session IDs, or server-side state management is employed.
